We do not store your credit card information. The Choir Loft will not sell your name and personal information without your permission.

Our Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, email us immediately at thechoirloftph@gmail.com.


Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately within 3 days of receipt of your order. The Choir Loft will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
